Online Unit Orders

If you submit an online unit order, you will be required to provide Personal Information to complete the purchase transaction. This information includes your name, email address, shipping address as well as financial information to facilitate payment for the transaction and for billing purposes. If your online unit order is not processed correctly, your Personal Information may be used to contact you to finalize the transaction. In order to process a purchase transaction, it may be necessary for us to supplement information you provide with information we receive from third party sources to obtain approval from a financial lending institution. Your Personal Information may also be shared with third parties to assist with finalizing the purchase transaction such as shipping companies (i.e., UPS, USPS, FedEx) and credit card processing companies. Monthly Payment Calculations

If the digital retailing tool to calculate your estimated monthly payment is offered on the website, you are not required to provide Personal Information unless you decide to contact the dealer to obtain additional information about the unit you are interested in. Governing Law

You agree that the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions will govern these Terms and any dispute that may arise between you and the Site Owner or their affiliates.

Other Terms

If any provision of these Terms shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dodd RV and Marine governing your use of the Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and the Site Owner with respect to the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, posted policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy), guidelines, or rules that may apply when you use the Services.
